The Sleeping Police. Hinigaran!

As far as im concern, based of what I experienced hinigaran police office staff are just sleeping during duty work. Allow me to share with you a long story!

Me and my Group travel going to hinoba-an and back again to bacolod. Late 10pm we pass hinigaran road  and it was underconstruction. It’s so happen that in our way back to bacolod there is one of the area of the under constructed road that has no “Warning Device”, so in that case the ambulance that is trying to go fast got some problem with that under constructed road and the bumper of the ambulance van was been damage and next the man who is driving a motorcycle got an accident.

as a concern person, i am trying to report that incident to the right person especially to the police. i go to the police station and try to call there attention but no one answering me. but when i shouted loudly and introducing my name and the group i belong. he woke up and trying to entertain me. as i observed to him while recording the data, the police man was sleepy.
